Description

Disarming the Narcissist

Do you know someone who is overly arrogant, displays an extreme lack of empathy, or exhibits an inflated sense of entitlement? Do they exploit others or engage in self-absorbed, unrealistic thinking? These are classic traits of narcissistic behavior, and interacting with individuals who possess them can feel exhausting, frustrating, and deeply draining.

Whether you encounter them in professional environments, social circles, or even within your own family, dealing with a narcissist often makes it feel impossible to get your point across or establish healthy boundaries. In Disarming the Narcissist, Third Edition, you will discover proven, practical strategies to navigate these complex relationships, protect your emotional well-being, and take back control of your interactions.
