1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MiniExpress platform, customer storefront, or seller dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Marketplace Multi-Vendor Model

MiniExpress connects independent third-party sellers with buyers. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, stock levels, packaging, and timely fulfilment.

3. Customer Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) unless specified otherwise. Payment authorization occurs at checkout through verified gateway adapters (PayHere, Koko, MPGS, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer).

4. Seller Obligations & Commission

Sellers must maintain accurate inventory, comply with anti-counterfeiting policies, and fulfill orders within promised SLAs. MiniExpress debits platform commissions automatically according to seller agreement tiers.
