We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for eligible products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can initiate a return directly from your Account Dashboard within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be in original condition, unused, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personalized items, and unsealed personal care hygiene items.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected by the seller or our warehouse, refunds are credited back to your original payment method or MiniExpress Store Wallet within 3–5 business days.
