Before Memory Fades
Before Memory Fades is a compelling and deeply reflective autobiography by one of the legal world's most distinguished figures. In Before Memory Fades, the author takes readers on an engaging journey through a remarkable life and career—from early childhood and formative days in the courtroom to rising to prominent legal positions at the highest levels of justice.
Rich with fascinating anecdotes, Before Memory Fades shares candid reminiscences about fellow lawyers, landmark trials, and iconic judges. The narrative chronicles a transition from regional practice to the Supreme Court, offering a front-row seat to some of the most historic legal battles and political shifts in modern history. The book addresses courageous stands against authoritarian overreach, complex legal controversies, and the delicate, often troubled balance between political power and judicial independence.

It provides valuable insights and practical suggestions for restoring public faith in the legal system, making it an essential read for anyone interested in law, justice, and the shaping of society.
