Description

Their Lost Souls

When a young couple is brutally murdered near a remote holiday cabin, FBI Agent Tori Hunter rushes to the scene, only to be devastated to discover the victims are Ally—the daughter of a close friend—and her boyfriend, Reed. Left to grapple with the shattering question of who could steal away Their Lost Souls, Tori immediately begins hunting for answers.

Her investigation takes a sinister turn when she finds an empty boat drifting on the lake and discovers that the couple had broken into the cabin, suggesting they stumbled onto a dark secret they were never meant to see. But the nightmare deepens when a fourteen-year-old cold case surfaces nearby, revealing an identical pattern of violence. Convinced the crimes are connected, Tori uncovers a web of horrific secrets buried deep within the community—secrets stretching back to her own school days that continue to claim Their Lost Souls. Now, Tori must navigate a maze of local deception to expose a killer before Their Lost Souls are forgotten forever.

My author picture is in front of the historic Stillwater lift bridge and one of the major locations in the book DEADLY STILLWATER. The bridge raises on a set schedule to allow larger boats to travel up and down the St. Croix River. Stillwater is considered the birthplace of Minnesota and it is also a frequent tourist destination with its river bluffs, amazing scenery, paddlewheel boats, caves and historic buildings which made it an ideal location for the book.
